The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions
We offer an Exchange Only* Return Policy. Customer must pay for shipping to and from, unless the item is exchanged due to a defect or shipping error on our part. Please contact us in advance to determine shipping costs. *Unless otherwise noted. No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns on items marked final sale.
Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are subject to change. Additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date.
Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.
Domestic orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus shipping time.
International orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus ship time and will not be tracked beyond departure. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.
If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if the package has been returned to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
WeHaveMerch will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Our records are pristine when packed. Please be aware we DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, and so on. We pack our vinyl very securely and carefully but in some cases this type of wear is simply unavoidable in shipping.
