Yes, we accept orders from most countries.

 

HOW LONG DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE?

International orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus ship time and will not be tracked beyond departure. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.

 

HOW LONG DO DOMESTIC ORDERS TAKE?

NL customers should expect their items to arrive within 3-7 days of dispatch.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We offer an Exchange Only* Return Policy. There will be return postage fee (calculated when we receive your package and billed) on all exchanges, unless the item is exchanged due to a defect or shipping error on our part. 
*No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns on sale items or items marked final sale.

 

WILL AVAILABLE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PRE-ORDERS SHIP SEPARATELY?

No. Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.

 

WHAT IF NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR A PENDING ORDER?

Please contact us and we'll take care of it, if your order hasn't shipped.

 

MY ORDER SHIPPED, BUT I'VE MOVED/ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY.

You will be notified when/if your package has been returned to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
